  I ordered the mac n cheese with chicken. Chicken was shredded and for me, it was more of a texture issue, so I didn't like the chicken. The mac n cheese I had was runny. Service was good once I finally caught the attention of a manager. I was outside with my dog so I hadn't been able to visit with the hostess, but 3 servers walked right past me without asking if I needed help until I asked myself. Once served, my server was gracious and even brought water for my ingrate dog who didn't drink it.

  They have a cool bar and a good chicken tortilla soup. Brunch on the patio is cool

  Food is ok. Good specials. Service from servers aren't always that good

  Turned away at 1015 PM on a Sunday for dinner, but they were the first one to come up for late night bites... umm nope! For good service and a bite on a sunday around 10 DO NOT COME HERE APPARENTLY...

  So I posted the last review below ( last paragraph) a year ago. I am now leaving another RAVE review about Pitchfork and their OUTSTANDING customer care and appreciation for their customers. Yesterday we were celebrating Mother's Day a day early because my daughter has to work today. We ordered Pitchfork for dinner because we LOVE their AMAZING food. We ordered through Door Dash and it stated the order was being processed, 2 minutes later we were sent a notification saying the order was picked up and on the way. We thought that was odd that it was ready so fast, but said "oh it just must be an error with the app". We then waited and waited for the food only living about 15 minutes away, (I don't drive due to vision) to look at the app again after about 45 min to an hour to see it showed our $73 order had been delivered. Door Dash was immediately called and the cust. serv. agent stated that she was reporting the driver, but told us we'd have to wait another hr for our food or they could credit back my acct. No offer to make right by it. Of course I should receive the money back, we didn't get our food we paid for. Needless to say I asked to speak to a supervisor and she wouldn't let me talk to one and said one would call me back. Never happened. We called Pitchfork to tell them what was going on and Olympia couldn't have been nicer and more professional. She offered to make our food again fresh and not charge us. She said she felt terrible that Door Dash did that to us and just was compassionate and amazing. The level of care here is OUTSTANDING. They truly care for and appreciate their customers. I took a bus to pick it up and when I arrived the staff throughout were so friendly. Didn't act bothered or in a rush on a busy Saturday evening. Olympia and staff thank you for making my Mother's Day celebration that much better! We don't see enough of this in this day and age. You're all AWESOME! GOD BLESS! I wish I could leave a ton of ⭐'s for this restaurant and their staff, but they only allow five. We'll be in soon to visit and look forward to your always consistent and amazing food and service. I had a issue with a order. I ordered on uber eats. Pitchfork couldn't have been helpful in taking care of it. Also sending us a dessert on the house and reimbursing money. Awesome food!! Awesome management!! Awesome customer service!
